NO PARKING schedule for SATURDAY 9/6; Cars parked at the Community House may be blocked in

The attached drawing shows the no parking area for tomorrow, Saturday, 9/6. The road closure is in effect from 7am-5pm. Ruston will be performing curb installation along the south side of Webb Rd., from 8 Webb west to 11 McKay, as well as the bottom of Russell Rd. The no-parking area is shown in blue.

Once the curb work begins in front of the Community House, the Community House driveway will become blocked until the concrete has dried and the temporary backfill replaced. Ruston plans to work on this section of curb tomorrow (Saturday). Do not park your car at the Community House lot from now until the curbs are finished, unless you are sure you won't need it. If your car is already parked at the Community House, and you expect to need it before Tuesday, you should move it early Saturday, before the concrete forms are set up. The driveway is still accessible tonight, but when the concrete workers get to that point and remove the temporary fill to set up their forms, there is absolutely no way they can get your car out until a few days later, when they remove the forms and replace the temporary fill.

Please avoid Webb Rd. as much as possible on Saturday. When the concrete is being delivered, the whole lower section of the road will be impassable. At other times, the road will be busy with construction equipment moving about and it will often be impossible to get through.

This work may extend into Monday, depending on how much progress is made on Saturday. We will send an update on Sunday if they plan to continue to work on the curbs on Monday.
