It's Almost Your Turn (east side members)

On August 11th, there will be no parking on Froude. The surveyor will be staking out the yards. Typically the stakes are set 2 feet back from where the curd will be installed. the stake is NOT the location of the curb, so please don't be alarmed if the stake is inside your yard and of fence.

they will also place stakes at the corners, these typically had a RAD # on them, that is for the radius of the curb.

the excavation process is about 3-4 feet wide at the sides of the road, this is the first step of disturbance. This is the area which they will dig up to place the forms for the curbing. It is not indicative of the ultimate road size.

If you are in a wheelchair or require ADA access, please let me know, so that can be addressed on a case by case basis.

If you have decorative plantings that are within the 2 foot mark and want to relocate them, once the stakes are in would be the time to address this.

I have attached copies of the drawings for your reference.

if you have any questions, please let me know
