Instructions for revised monthly payments -- letters will be mailed out later this month

Members, as you may be aware, at the June Quarterly meeting the membership voted to approve the paving project & increase the monthly capital contribution for each share by $105 for the months of July – December 2014 to fund contingencies in the paving project.  The Board had hoped to send one official mailing informing members of the change in monthly coop fee that included the raise in capital contribution as well as the change in members individual property tax portion of the coop fee as the new 2014 property tax bills from SDAT were due on July 1, 2014.  Unfortunately there is a delay with the MD taxing authority & the new property bills are not yet available.


To avoid confusion & the expense of mailing the Board decided to hold off on an official mailing regarding the change in coop fees until the new tax bills are available.  That mailing will be sent out as soon as the bills are received from SDAT.


In the mean time – members should raise the amount of their usual coop fee for July by $105 to cover the increase of the capital contribution. 


               If you have already submitted your payment for July or have automatic bill pay through your bank – you can submit an additional check for $105.

               If you have not made the payment, please add $105 to the fee you have been paying in 2014.
